1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WH347.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
WH347.io provides certified payroll software for federal contractors, including WH-347 form generation, California eCPR XML export, AASHTOWare Payroll XML export, and related compliance tools.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of your business to use WH347.io.
4. Accuracy of Government Forms — User Responsibility
WH347.io generates certified payroll forms based on data you enter. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legal compliance of all data you input and all documents you submit to government agencies. WH347.io does not verify the accuracy of wage rates, classifications, or deductions you enter. Submission of false information on a certified payroll report is a federal crime.
5. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
6. Limitation of Liability
WH347.io is not liable for any fines, penalties, or damages arising from the use of incorrectly prepared or submitted certified payroll reports.
